Splenix runs this site to present services, work and useful background. The content is information, not a binding offer.
Content and rights
Text, design, code and images on the site belong to Splenix or to whoever granted permission for their use. You are welcome to link to the pages and to quote briefly with a clear reference. Copying whole pages or articles onto other sites is not permitted without an agreement.
Names and marks belonging to clients or other companies are used only to describe work that was done, and remain the property of their owners.
Articles and advice
The articles describe how Splenix works and what tends to hold for similar projects. They are general and do not replace an assessment of your own situation. Price examples are estimates, not offers.
The contact form
The form is for genuine enquiries about projects and collaboration. Automated submissions and unsolicited marketing are blocked. Splenix may limit how many submissions come from the same connection.
How the information is handled is described in the privacy notice.
Accessibility
The site is built to work with a keyboard, a screen reader, enlarged text and reduced motion. If you find something that does not work for you, send a message to hello@splenix.com and it will be fixed.
Liability
Splenix works to keep the content correct and current, but cannot guarantee that everything is free of errors at all times or that the site is always available. Splenix is not responsible for the content of external sites it links to.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows when the text was last revised.
